I have purchased two Samsung chargers from two well-known stores, both claiming to be authentic, but they look different. Can you help me determine which one is genuinely authentic? I include pictures showing places where I see the differences.

Samsung 65W 3-Port Super Fast Charging Wall Charger, 1x USB-C 65W, 1x USB-C 25W, 1x USB-A 25W, Max capacity 65W (Cable not included), Black, US version Amazon US. This 3 port charger is $60, but includes 3 ports (highest @ 65W). Works great when I travel, charges my S22u, Tab S8, and watch 5 simultaneously (had an old watch 4 USB-A puck).
And surprise! It charged way faster. The 67W charger gets to a max of about 2200 mA [ which is way off ] The 18W charger tops out at around 3200 mA and 13 - 16 W [ which is what it should read] So not really sure what's going on here other than the charger being fake. open dispute and get your money back.
If it can supply 15W (maximum for Samsung) it will fast charge at the fastest speed. Period. -5V 3A. The one you listed supports 5V 4.8A with both ports, so 5V 2.4A is the maximum output. This represents 12W which is slower than Samsung's charger but not by much, and still counts as fast charging.
Broken Samsung charger. I bought a samsung phone charger a few years ago, cheap and with fast charge, which turned out to be not very reliable, in the end. Lately, without ever dropping this charger, cracks have appeared on the plastic shell, one of which is in the middle of the charger. For safety reasons, I preferred not to use it anymore.
