My printer is Canon MX 922 and is set as default printer. When I copy a document using the copy feature the printer is fine, cartridges have ample ink. When printing a Word document the text does not print. If the document has an image the image prints. Similarly does not print text from an Excel document. Any suggestions? Thanks, Bill Shaw
Cleaning the print head frequently will rapidly deplete your printer's ink supply. Perform Deep Cleaning only when necessary. If print results do not improve even after performing Deep Cleaning, turn off the power, wait 24 hours without pulling out the power plug, and then perform Deep Cleaning again.
